I'm am going to agree with Kathy, no refund and no repeat.  Accidents do
happen, but maybe they will be more careful next time.

If someone came to me planning on a multi-sired litter, I am not sure I
would do it.  I think it would add a new dimension of possibilities I would
not want to deal with.

Let me ask you a question.  Can you trust them enough to get the sample
taking correct and to be able to know which sample was from which puppy when
the results come back?
