That of course is true........but it is only because the 'conformation'
fanciers appear to be the
main ones supporting the Review with their Ads. ( generally speaking of
course )
Performance people are certainly as welcome as anyone else to run a paid Ad.
It certainly
does not fall on the Review Editor's shoulders that there are no "performance"
dogs being
pictured in the Review with a paid Ad.
I'm sure the Review Staff would love it if the performance people would run Ads
of their dogs!
Many conformation people do both venues with their dogs.......but it seems they
choose to use
the conformation photo of their Champion when paying for advertising. This
is no reflection
against the Review. Just a choice people make with their money.

The answer is, like it or not, The Review is more for the "conformation"
fancier than for any of the
other groups. People may hate to hear the truth, but the truth it is.When I
look at the few reviews I have,
it's all conformation dogs. Yeah, those conf dogs MIGHT be doing something in
the picture other than
standing in a stack, but it's rare. The only time I see much that's
performance related is during the
National, and honestly it feels like some of those pictures are there simply to
placate people.
