Here's what Donna Sater said about Rick in Cullman, Alabama. Sorry, I don't
remember his last name, but Brenda Banister asked about him.
Could you let people know that he is safe? I just spoke to him about an hour
ago...he was using his sister's cell phone. His has no service. The cell
towers are out and there is no power. Gas stations don't work...no power. He
has members of his family at his house now...they are cooking on a barbeque
with charcoal. No refrigeration. The items you would need are gone from the
shelves at the local stores.
I saw the tornado heading for his area on CNN....I called him and when he
turned it on and saw it himself, he left immediately for the storm shelter
about a mile away. He saw the tornado...and got inside, just as it got there.
He knows lots of folks who have lost their homes. So sad.
