The best place I have found for THICK sterilon (1 1/2") is Taylor Design. They 
will cut the sterilon to your size and the quality is great and the price is 
reasonable.
  I found them at at All Breed Show and questioned them. I have two pieces of 
the faux sheepskin, been thru many washings and being used now on a 3 week 
litter. The puppies love the feel (and so does MOM). The fabric "wicks" fluids 
away from the puppies and they stay dry. Their website is:
