Jill Holt from Riverside Co. just gave Terry Touissant a great binder chock
full of everything like that, and that she and her friend made lots and lot of,
and was presented to California legislators for AB1634. (get in contact with
Terry, he is spearheading this and doing a great job) Go to www.carpoc.org/
under both Resources and Involvement, you will find sample letters, talking
points. go to saveourdogs. com and Laura Sanborn has a website full of
information you can use.
These are the EXACT same people who were part of the authors of AB1634 and they
are determined. Some of the others are up in Santa Barbara doing the same
thing. They will need our help, too.

who spent Saturday signing up people to go to the 1/13 meeting and getting
petitions signed at PSKC. No GSDs but LOTS of people. got almost 300
petitions signed! (and some calendars sold :-)

Does anyone have stats on maybe LA City or other Mandatory S/N areas that
have NOT been successful
as far as reducing numbers (or actually increasing numbers in shelters) cost
to counties/cities etc
I would like to incorporate these facts into letters.
