I agree, the standard is fine, we just need to breed more in line to the
standard for everything movement, head, temperament etc. In my opinion nothing
needs to change. We don't adapt the standard to what is out there we adapt our
breedings to the standard the way it should be. Like Carolyn said perfection
is hard to breed but we should breed as close as we can get to it. : )

You know...just because we see less than ideal heads in the

here is to breed. Forget beautiful shoulders and great backs and
ice croups that all come together in an athletic easy long striding
ogs...( with great feet, ears, eyes, coat, tail, etc....WITH great
emperament and correct croups and loins ) and breed great heads...
hat would be the easiest thing there is to do.....<G>
Our Standard is just about perfect the way it is....it needs not
hanges or re-wording. PERFECTION is just hard to breed!!

So what is the proposal to change the head? I hope it is to place only GSDs
hat represent a correct head. It is clear to me that fast movement whether
