Tammy......you have a right to your opinion.....everyone does. It was very hard
for me to come up with the $50.00 to pay for the video and I am sorry ......it
is very irritation.......it is not the club's fault something with the dream
park connection.....Lanalee said........it is just happening at a very bad
time.......three times now I did not get to see a particular dog that I wanted
to see........I guess it is what it is!!

I did not get to purchase this year the streaming video and I understand
people are upset with all the buffering and lagging but people, try putting
yourself in the shoes of those behind the scenes of the video. I know every
time I read a post about how it is down and hope they do this and hope they
do that it breaks my heart and makes me feel very bad for those in control
of the video. They are probably beyond stressed out. Yes you can say you are
grateful but if you also in the same breath complain doesn't seem too
heartfelt than. I am sure they are doing what they can. I do hope they are
also able to be having some fun while there even with all the technical
nightmares they are dealing with.
I do not know who is all in charge of the video but I do want to say Thank
you for taking your time at the national to do the video. Although I have
not gotten to watch any I am sure you are doing the best you can and all
else is out of your hands.
So please everyone lets lessen the complaining I am sure it is not helping
the morale of those that are trying to make this possible. I am sure they
are beyond stressed from it not working so the comments I am sure truly just
adds to their stress.
