[ SHOWGSD-L ] Specialty Clubs - Numbers

Let's put it on the table
How many regional specialty clubs are there?
How long have they been active?
How many are at risk of closing and why (lack of membership, money, legal
issues)?
Of the clubs closing, how many have contacted or have been contacted by the
Mentoring Committee?
This would give the membership a better picture of what is going on, and
possibly an idea of where help is needed.
Certainly, if a club just needs a money boost to go on, that could be done.
Legal issues, the PC has a few legal eagles that would be more qualified to
assist than those here, right?
Lack of membership? The Mentoring Committee sounds like a good start to
deal with that.
But first we need to know where help is needed, and then we can figure out
if and how to help.
