When I was feeding a raw diet, the dogs got a few supplements every night --
pills, and I had a dog that could spot not only a pill but any fragment of a
pill. This is what worked for me.
I got a garlic press and crushed the pills. It will reduce them to a fine
powder, which even Mr. Fussy couldn't find. Works well in their food, if
there is a wet compenent and they always lick the pan clean. Also works with
a little cat food, pudding, yogurt or cottage cheese. Works with liverwust
or peanut butter, but it's a little messy to mix in.
