I thought the agreement to the membership was for rotating nationals? So
why is there always so much to discuss? Just go by the rules. Who makes all
these decisions? Let the membership vote every year to where the national
will be the next year or two. I do not show at the national level but I
love to go. Why not make it easier for more members to go to a national if
they are rotated.
