Fair: I think means what you agree to, and with the rates now days who knows
what it could be...LOL ( its been over 6 yrs now)
When I was in CA, I had everything from free to 35.00 for the class. (keep
in mind I always groomed my own dogs and had them ready at ring side.) Now
that I am in PA. it's a whole new ball game as things have really changed a
lot.
At this rate it's a wonder how the typical owner who has not the big bucks
even shows much less finishes a dog.
