So, the question is, what is the problem?
Since nominations are free, let's let everyone enter puppy in the
futurities even if the litter isn't nominated. Then if entered, retro-nominate
the
litter. That way if a puppy turns out, or is purchased, you can pay the
entry fee. This will increase the profits, give bigger entries,and add in
more nominated litters.
