After reading the article it is a plain case of wrong dog in the wrong home.
She treats her dogs like babies and seems to be raising bullies. It is too bad
the dog will pay the price for the lazy human.

Mine wouldn't would yours? It esp makes me worried that it appears he was
going for a child. I also do not think that all the neighbors would band
together if this were a good dog. I think this owner should have thought
about obedience classes WAY before this.
I know if it were my child that the dog went after I would INSIST the dog be
put down. That is the worst flaw of character ever in a GSD.
