A judge has to judge what he/she see in their ring. They are not there to  be 
Vets so they should not make decision on whether a dog was born that way or  
if it was injured. Again, I think the feeling in the discussion is the time  
limitation and there is no time to read letters.  There is also the fraud  
factor involved which was brought you have people who would have a good enough  
relationship or a friend Vet that would give them a letter no matter what the  
circumstances.  It is just not a good practice was the majorities  feelings
