It might be ok for that judge to read a letter but I can tell you the
majority of judges would not. I, for one, would not. It you have a class of
6 and
all have a letter for you to read you will spend more than reading than
judging. You have 2.5 minutes per dog, no time to read letters.
This subject was discussed sometime back when I was on the judges list and
the majority said they would read so don't be surprised if you try to submit a
letter and the judge refuses it.
