I would be concerned about vaccinosis....everyone is different but 2 shots at this age and ready for another sounds like too much. If the watery diarrhea continues you run the risk of intussusception. And of course dehydration. Do you have any lactated ringers to run at least 300-400 ml into them each? If not, find an open vet....soon.
