Partial spay removes the uterus and leaves the ovaries. The internet is such

Only the uterus is removed, or only the ovaries. I can't recall. It is

Thanks, that's what I thought. I am told a bitch is being shown, and winning,
and she is spayed, but only "partly" spayed.
What the heck is "partly" spayed???
Is there a full moon??? lol
