Like she said!  I stay up until 11 or so JUST to get them out their last
runabout... and I'm not a "friendly" sleeper.  So they leave me be.... I get up
way too early, let them out, even feed them and let them out again.. THEN back
to bed for me, and "quiet time" for them.  They've learned that  "I don't do
mornings!!!"  "-)
Exceptions made for emergencies, but they better not be "crying wolf."  :-)

Ok, as long as we are talking starting the day, My dogs would never ever get so
close to me in bed that I would feel them physically.  However, the sense of
urgency is palpable right about 6:15 to 6:30.  Every now and then I can stay in
bed till 7.  But I also have trained them that I will go back to bed most of
the time and they have to let me.
