[ SHOWGSD-L ] Shipping dogs

Frontier is good. My dogs have flow hundreds of thousands of miles on United
(literally) and I've never had a problem with them except for stupid check in
agents (which all airlines can have). Delta is the only airline to lose a dog
of mine, and they've done it twice. One dog was "lost" in SLC for over 12
hours. Another dog they "forgot" to load in Atlanta (going to Dulles) so he
was then sent to Richmond VA instead. My one and only experience with
Lufthansa was not good. I liked NWA before they merged with Delta and used
them often when we lived in Europe before they raised their prices and became
noncompetitive. I loved US Air but they no longer fly pets as excess baggage.
I've never used, but heard good things about Alaska & Midwest.
