I never miss Shark Tank! I used to train personal protection dogs 20-30
yearsago, damn I'm old, loved every minute of it! I trained with several K9
San Jose Police officers. They bought many of their dogs from Germany and if
I remember correctly the going price was about 5 grand! A lot of Money 30
years ago and to me it's a lot of money today! Buying a trained protection
security dog is NOT a good idea for a family if they don't have a background
and understanding of dog behavior! Not to mention liability issues! I love
the focus and intensity of a well trained protection dog! Ed

Did anyone else see Shark Tank last night? Interesting in that a Security
Company was asking for money to expand their protection dog business. They
sold trained dogs - Belgian Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds
- for level 1 - $20,000; Level 2 - $30,000 and Level 3 - $40,000.
They did a little bit demo which was impressive. None of the Sharks invested
but some said they would be clients.
The name of the company was Priority Security (
http://www.priority1canine.com/ ) of Ohio. As a general rule when a
business is featured on Shark Tank their sales dramatically increase.
I just found it interesting watching since you usually don't see anything
"dog" related on Shark Tank.
