I work for the State of Wyoming Department of Family Services. A woman came in today to apply for benefits and part of our policy is that if they have a service dog, then their vet bills for said animal can be counted as a deduction. Our eligibility worker went onto the website for Service Dog Registration of America and it appears anyone can register their dog here and get a certificate without having to prove the dog is a true service animal. Does anyone know if this "agency" is legit? Please respond in private as I will probably be printing out your responses for our worker. -- CandyZ www.candiasgsd.com Home of BIM BISS Sel.Ex.GCH.Candia's Yada Yada Yada & 2012 FV CH.
