With all the times that I have found out that people have lied about their
living situations i.e. No fenced yard, no backyard, kids when was requested
no kids, other dogs when no other dogs were suppose to be around etc. So I
have also started requiring home inspections. If I cannot physically then I
request time stamped pictures or find other ways of finding out that they
are being truthful. What is nice when you have friends in other states who
can help you do home checks. If it scares people away then there is a
strong chance that they are hiding something. So actually if it does scare
people away then this request is helping you weed out the homes that are not
right for your beloved furry four legged children.
