To those accusing me of spreading rumors, I posted an article to go along
with my question.
Yes, she signed over the dogs, but my concern comes from the knowledge that
apparently not all the dogs are owned by her. Some were there on breeding
leases.
If she doesn't own those animals, I don't see how she has the right/ability
to sign them over.
This article, of course, is all over the place.
I'll try giving Charlene a call.
