Excuse me? The proposed Bill says "breed more than 6 litters OR sell
more than 25dogs or cats"....... that sounds like an either/ or
proposition to me, doesn't it to you? Where does he get the "whichever
is greater" from? I tell you, the man doesn't understand English! He
doesn't even know what his own Bill says!
Reminds me of that old joke "I think you think you understand what
you think I said but I think you don't understand what I think" or some
other such nonsense.
