I'm here - sorry I've been swamped with work, and a bit of the flu. :(

I appreciate ALL the response to volunteer, and the good news is that we're
not in the hall this year! We're PROBABLY ringside, and a good chance we'll
have a good view of the ring, but no promises. I think we should set the
hours 10-2 Wed-Friday, and 9-12 on Saturday.

The point of having it by the door was to welcome the people coming in,
which is why we were not ringside last year. 

The coordinator will be responsible for gathering materials and scheduling
volunteers for the event, then making sure that everyone shows up. :)
I will, of course help as much as possible, but since this will now fall
under the Show Committee rather than the PR committee, it would be nice to
have someone take it over.

Has anyone heard anything else from Cyndy about the Welcome Wagon - I wrote
to her directly and haven't received an answer . . . .just wondering -? It
appears that people will volunteer? - just needs a coordinator (I asked what
the duties of the coordinator are to perhaps volunteer). . . .
