Don't know if this has been on the list or not. Carl Foster of Leasburg, MO
died after a lengthy illness on Monday. A memorial was held that afternoon.
Carl was a GSD handler for many years. He was the husband of Fran Foster and
the father of Julia Foster, who are both well-known handlers. It was a family
thing. He will be missed by many of us.
