[ SHOWGSD-L ] Sacramento afternoon delight

The second show has begun, it is a bit tedious. I think I am a â??one day a
showâ?? sort of guy. I talked to The Guz for a bit, and Brent and I exchanged
some book talk. We both are reading the Dresden books, and loving it. They
had a good lunch, Polish Sandwichs and chicken. I didnâ??t get to work the
grill, so I worked the crowd instead.
I forgot to mention that Bob did a great job and looked good doing it. I
always enjoy his judging, and having Harley finish made it a great show for me
and my friends, both of them. Bob and I gave each other manhugs, two fists
on the back. I see Koby Bryant do it, so it must be manly enough.

I am sorry it took so long to get this out, but we went to celebrate. It
was a fun show, but Peggy got a bit sick, too much heat. It was a fantastic
day, Peggy kept her shoes on, I did not. It was great fun to see Peggy again,
and of course, unbelievable to show under her and go from Open Bitch to Best of
Breed.
Seeing Harley finish was the best, and to watch Paula still grinning four
hours later was a hoot.
I am too exhausted to give much more, but I missed Tom and Vivian Brown, and
hope they are at the shows next weekend. Two more shows tomorrow, and then
back to work.
I hope you enjoyed this as much as Tedi, Paula, Twyla and I did.
