Last Saturday I received a frantic call from a 53 year old lady named Rusty
Taylor
who was eating a sandwich on Wilshire Boulevard & Van Ness Avenue, downtown
Los Angeles area. A car with SPCA emblem, pulled up, officers in uniform
drew their guns
and ordered her to surrender her 13 year old Cocker Spaniel to them because
"he had a skin
condition". They forced her to place him in their vehicle and ave her
instructions to show up
at a hearing at the police precinct on Monday. She did & they informed her "
they i" would
NOT be returned to her and would instead be adopted out.
SInce WHEN does the SPCA have guns & do this to citizens???? On the
street???? or ANYWHERE???
The Brownshirts HAVE BEGUN! And those of you that do not know what I am
referring to--- they were
the first enforcement group for the NAZI regime.

The City Charter only allows ONE Animal Enforcement Agency within the
city. When did they fire LAAS? Let's Make the SPCA produce the LETTER
REQUIRED BY LAW FROM THE CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING THEM THE ANIMAL
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND FIRING LAAS.
OK. I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! ALL OF YOU all over the nation... please call the

213- 473-6672 Internal Affairs now called Police Standards Bureau.
I guess they think changing the name will give them a better image.
Also call the WIlshire Police Station at 213-473-0476 and ask for the Watch
Commander. Ask him WHY he is allowing this ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL
BEHAVIOR to happen on his Watch.
