Maybe that is exactly why we need some "new? blood" on the Board....to get the
good done.? I have had several people tell me I am crazy for running and that
nothing good will come of it.? I spent several weeks battling myself about
whether I should or shouldn't run.? I do want what's best for our club and it's
members and I do feel I can work toward that goal.? I think a Board member can
only be a positive and progressive?Board member?if he/she has intentions of
absolute selflessness.? That is just one issues I have with a couple of our
Board members right now.?
As Laurie said, I would be more than happy to answer any questions anyone has
of me in regards to my thoughts & views.? I believe I?have expressed my views
and opinions very clearly and will continue to do?so.? Also,?I will be
completing Becky Dickson's questionnaire to be posted on her site
www.gsdbydesign.com soon.? That should be one tool used by members to help them
sort out their choices.??These completed questionnaires should be posted within
a couple of weeks.? I urge all candidates to complete as soon as possible so
that the membership does have an opportunity to view and process.?

I expressed that to someone the other day; told them they were out of their
freaking mind to consider it....and please, don't start with the "good of the
breed" nonsense. There's no "good" gettin' done w/ all this power struggle.
AND, I am extremely optimistic and fun loving. There's a whole lot going on
in my day that doesn't involve dog clubs. So.....I'll enjoy those things
and ignore the rest.
