What is really interesting is the Germans never really accepted the white GSD
as they stopped registering them years ago as I find through the guidance of
Max Emil Friedrich von Stephanitz. Today Germany accepts the white
dog by a different name Swiss White Shepherd “Berger Blanc Suisse”.
However, America continues to fight the war of not allowing them to complete at
the AKC Conformation Shows.
This was decided years ago by the members of GSDCA so history is repeating
itself here again and will probably have the same outcome time will tell.
