Back in 1985, I purchased my foundation bitch (Norwegian Elkhounds). I
had been in GSDs for years, but this was my first Elkie. Anyway, when I
brought her home, the breeder had not yet chosen her registration name.
She was adorable, but an absolute stinker. I sometimes called her my
felonious brat. When the breeder chose her registered name, I did not like
any matching call names. Anyway, her call name became Felony. When she
had her first litter (in 1987), I decided that it would be a "crime"
litter. We
had Shady Lady (CH), Msdemeanor (CH), Con Artist (CH), Pick Pocket,
Grand Larceny (CH), Bootlegger (CH), & Rowdy Rascal CH) This subject
has really brought back the memories.
Yes, all but one of her "kids" became Champions.
