Sunstein's biggest threat is his friendship with the PRez. (Animal
Legislatively speaking). He's in a position to oversee how
regulations conform to the law, but not the actual writing of them.
Another fear, animal legislatively speaking, is that he is allied with
Pacelle, even more so with more "strict" Vegans and Animal Rightists
like Peter Singer. (which look up on Google and have nightmares).
