Kathy, I sure agree about the corn.......I was feeding Iams that was heavy corn. My poor Ginny was just chewing herself raw. What I learned was the corn is to HOT for GSDs..............and causes the skin problems. I switched to Royal Canin (BOY am I a believer!) and Gin settled right down, my coats came back, dry nails went away, loose stools went away,and my finicky eater can't get enough now.
