Another interesting side note to this was that when asked, The city attorney
stated that the Denver "home rule" ruling was not necessarily applicaple to
Longmont, a home rule community. In other words, the fact that Denver banned
a breed was NOT the ruling. The ruling was that, as a home rule City, the
city was not NECESSARILY bound, in certain instances, by the state laws.
Nothing, really about BSL. That still could go to court (Re: the Ohio
Decision)
