All you have to do is take an old form scratch out the date and write in the
new year. I have done that many a times and it has never been rejected- no
one refuses money\+
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I just checked the membership roster and
found a form without dates.
Now I just have to hope there's a futurity within driving distance, LOL.
