There is enought horrible parts to these amendments that we can scream loud
and clear...however, as many was distracted by the 1/1/09 date, let's not
distracted by this. It does NOT say that the dog must be altered. It just
emphasizes that the permited to let your backyard male and your backyard female
have one litter, you must give away your pups, and THAT permit is ONLY good for
that year.
Give away the pups? After spending, some times, thousand of dollars to have
the litter (of your backyard dogs).
this is what comes from compromise and negotiation!!! :-( phooey...blech.

I will get a lot of physical work done today to get rid of my
anger...probably the FIRST "ANGER" I have felt since I saw L.A County get
compromised
away. From then on, it was determination that kept me going.
How on earth do they think they can go into every dog owner's house, count
their breeding dogs (check the microchip, right? do DNA???), enforce any part
of this stupid bill. Think of the MILLIONS it would cost to enforce this
drunken bill. Do we put signs on our doors, now? A breeding pair lives here,
come in and check it's water and food any time of day or night...C'mon
