We've got a LOT of work to do to turn this around. Levine hammered on the
fingerpointing of breeders saying "we're responsible" and the unwillingness
to address that there's a problem.
Assemblymember Horton made some good points about San Diego's rejection of
MSN and the success of their educational programs, we can build on that, I'm
sure.
