I loved Robin Hood as a kid...he was different, he scoffed at authority, he and
his "homeboys" did things their own way...Robo once said..."the faint of heart
never won the fair maiden".....ain't that the truth...lol....if you come into
this sport thinking Roses are Red and Violets are Blue....you'll get your teeth
kicked in ..and thats what I told a friend of mine who wants to start showing
dogs...she trusts my judgment (what a fool huh..lol)...and now she does not
think she has the "temperament" to do this..if you are showing dogs no matter
they be good or bad....folks will come at you...folks came at Dallas on this
list ...folks came after "Bull" on this list after he went GV..there was a dog
that won at Westminster, who some thought had some teeth missing, they came at
her....I can go on and on....its my guess that those owners have broad
shoulders....my good friend told me when I first started in conformation..."It
takes more than just having a good dog to be
successful in this Sport"...he didn't make a value judgment on his
statement...he just explained for good or bad...that's just the way things
are...so show dogs if you want...but you better be tough!...and it also helps
considerably if you have a good dog!....I'm bored....Think I might do a Home
Invasion today......FB
