Just to keep you abreast, Donna is looking at approximately Sat. Sept. 9 =
for Robert's memorial here in the Seattle Area.

For those of you wondering how someone could get so much cancer when =
they didn't smoke and led a healthy life, I am sending along a picture =

nuclear testing they forced armed servicemen to witness.  On the =
webpage, go to the last photograph and this is what Robert witnessed =
less than a mile from ground zero.  No protection over eyes, skin, =
mouth.  Robert's Marine group consisted of over 2,200 men, Robert was =
the last of them to go.  The Plumbob blasts were responsible for untold =
deaths due to cancer and other ailments.  The Carter administration =
looked into this in the 1980s but that was about it.

      The "Owens" nuclear test, 25 July 1957, part of the Plumbob test =
series held at the Nevada Test Site. The explosive yield of the device, =
designed by Lawrence Radiation Laboratory, was 9.7 kilotons. For details =
