[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ringold Georgia...WGSD starved and beaten

I know he is a WGSD, but he is an obvious purebred. This dog has been beaten
and starved to the point that he will not even lift his head. This is the worst
case of starvation I have seen with the dog still alive...he is in obvious
pain. There are little to NO rescues in Georgia....is ANYONE able to help this
dog? He will without doubt be destroyed never having known human kindness if no
one steps up quickly.
