Have any of you guys read the book "Who Moved My Cheese"? It's a short book, a previous #1 bestseller, that is used by many corporations/ organizations as a tool to help people deal with change in the work place and in life in general. It uses an analogy of mice in a maze who must find cheese to survive. The overall point of the book is that change happens....we need to anticipate, monitor and adapt to change quickly.....we need to change, enjoy the change, and be ready to quickly change again and again..................I'm relating this to the Review, because, (as we all know) the marketplace for the Review has changed.......(the hunk of cheese we've been eating is shrinking fast, and we need to go to another place in the maze and find more)...........I think Gail has done, and continues to do, a great job with the Review. I'm hopeful that the ideas she has for improvement will be successful.......Positive changes for the Review are long overdue, and are IMO needed if it is to "survive".
