not sure what you mean by "censorship" but any publication must strive to
operate at a no-loss level - and that means making hard decisions as to free
vs paid pages. i think that if we looked to find ways of reducing costs
and, thus, reducing advertising rates, we might see a turnaround in the
Review. this is a very "fixable" situation but not if we jump to extreme
decisions.
