Sherry, Exactly...that is why I didn't renew with first class postage last
year as it wasn't timely at that time for what it cost . It is even worse
now. One month in arrears is one thing 2 months(which it will be soon(July
issue in September) is hard to accept. It is even more frustrating for those
who pay for ads, that they hope will be seen in a timely manner.
