Sharon were the envelopes identical both years. It may be the government has
changes scanners. Morgan

Did anyone on the Board PROOF the design and initial it; IF SO; then it is a
GSDCA problem, not the printers. If Noone approved this design, then call
them up, advise them of the situation; state the changes you want, and that
the voter information is to be Air Mailed NLT Monday AM, or they are in
breach of contract, if we have a contract. Morgan (and yeah I have been
