To throw another idea into the already too full pot...
Restrict the futurities to the regions in which the Sire/Dam lived at
time of whelping, and the contiguous regions. That takes it back to
the original premise of showing what is being bred in what area.
And owners of those pups who no longer live in those regions show in
their home regions (only) w/permission.
That gives choice. and nice complications:-) I like choice but not
free for alls.
But since I don't show or breed anymore, my opinion should count for
what it's worth... zero.
