[ SHOWGSD-L ] Rescue support question

I sent my paperwork in after receiving the packet from Linda, the  
application was in one envelope and our paperwork (application, release, etc)  
was in 
another to be sent to Susan Court.
 
The envelope containing our paperwork was returned as not being able to be  
forwarded.  The first envelope has not come back so far.  
 
I was wondering if anyone knew where I was supposed to send the  information?
