[ SHOWGSD-L ] Rescue dog problem

I took 2 dogs in today that are rescues. The are both female and one picks on
the other. I kenneled them seperate but where they can see each other. The
one that gets picked on, destroyed a heavy guage chainlink gate and let
herself out to wander the property... (this took all of an hour and a 1/2 or
so). Fortunately I am fully fenced so I was able to round her up and crate her.
Any ideas on how to keep this dog contained? She is currently crated.
