Actually, that is true...I thought I implied as much when I said the 
site owners needed to obtain a release to use the pictures.  I assume 
they are snapshots, not formal photographs.  In your scenario, however, 
how is she going to get them to pay the bill?  All that doesn't 
matter...the point is to get the pictures off the site.  If the site 
owner won't take them down, then the host of the site will.  THEY are 
aware of the legal ramifications, even tho the site owner and 
photographer aren't.  Not that the courts would probably uphold a 
claim...but it isn't necessary.  The host will do it.  Been there, done 
that, and so have a lot of other people I know.
