It has been answered. They will look up the member from the signature and
put the code on by hand. That assumes they can read the handwriting.
We will know how valid the election is by the number of votes. If I remember
correctly, we usually have about 1,600 or so people who voted. If there are
similar numbers then it is a valid election. If not, we probably have to
follow our bylaws and count it timely.
