then explain to her that you can show your puppy in any of the 9 regions
regardless of place of birth...it invalidates the original intent...

I tend to disagree with this statement- If you want to see what is being
bred then keeping the entries open to show in any region is the way to do
it. I don't need to see just the dogs bred and shown in my own region- I
see them at all the shows around me. If you go to futurities tosee what
dogs are producing then "out of region" dogs that come in are going to
tell a lot. I already know what is going on in my area
